We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM UK Payroll Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions, with a strong focus on UK statutory and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll implementations
- Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, fast formulas, and costing
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, pensions, RTI)
- Manage payroll processing, payroll runs, year-end activities, and statutory reporting
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors to resolve payroll issues
- Support integrations with third-party systems (HMRC, pension providers, finance systems)
- Conduct functional testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide production support
- Prepare functional documentation and support user training
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (UK)
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance
- Experience with Fast Formulas, payroll balances, and retro processing
- Exposure to Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, OTL, Absence, or Compensation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience (end-to-end)
- Experience working in consulting or multi-client environments
- Oracle certification in HCM Cloud
