Job Type: FTE Role – SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) & Payroll Consultant (Finance)
The key objective of this role would be to lead a highly complex HR transformation program for a financial services organisation that operates in multiple countries and has multiple geo-specific legacy applications. The target state will be a consolidated application, improvised business process, adoption of technology and best practices in finance and accounting.
EC Key Responsibilities
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the implementation of HR processes.
- Experience in large and complex implementation is a must besides process knowledge in PeopleSoft, Workday and Microsoft Dynamics for global customers with at least 7-8 years of experience in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on HR processes.
- Collaborate with customers to understand the requirements and provide them with the right solutions.
- Support business team on the data migration activities.
- Deliver requirement traceability matrix based on the business requirements defined.
- Expert in building high-level business, functional, and configuration documents.
- Expert in customization and building a custom solution based.
- Prepare and provide train the trainer program.
- Conduct end-user training and support activities to ensure the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Define and prepare test scenarios and scripts based on the requirements gathered from the discovery session.
- Support transition planning and transfer to BAU.
