Mandatory Hands-on Integration Architect for Project Compass, driving real-time Ledger (RTL), Payments, and FX systems integration within a large banking platform.
Strong communicator and technical leader. Familiar with AI-assisted development tools. NATS experience is required (Kafka/Pulsar accepted).
Key Responsibilities:- Define and own target-state integration architecture aligned with enterprise standards
- Lead end-to-end integration delivery across multiple systems and teams
- Design event-driven, API-first, cloud-native solutions (NATS, REST, async messaging)
- Act as integration authority across platforms and stakeholders
- Mentor teams on integration patterns, API governance, and best practices
- Drive use of AI tools to improve development efficiency
Cloud: AWS (EKS/ECS, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, Terraform)
Frontend: React/TypeScript (working knowledge)
Domain Expertise (any of these): Payments (SWIFT, ISO 20022, settlement), Client onboarding (KYC, account setup)
Experience Required: 15+ years in tech, 5+ years in integration architecture. Proven delivery in large-scale financial/fintech systems. Experience leading multi-team integrations.
