We are seeking an experienced professional to support global regulatory systems initiatives through training design, documentation, and user engagement activities. The role involves developing training materials, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating hypercare sessions for new implementations, and collaborating with global teams to ensure consistency across initiatives. The candidate will also contribute to eLearning content creation and coach team members to enhance group capability.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in training content development, delivery, and documentation within regulated or IT system environments.
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting UAT, including test case preparation, execution, and reporting.
  • 5+ years’ experience in system implementation support, including hyper-care and post-launch stabilization.
  • 4+ years’ experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to align initiatives and deliverables.
  • 5+ years’ experience preparing and delivering clear communication, process documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, email, and instant messaging.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – building and maintaining productive relationships and giving constructive feedback.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking – troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum projects with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps; provides regular updates and proactive ownership of responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Cognos for reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools (CI/CD pipelines, version control, monitoring).
  • Experience in dashboard enhancement, maintenance, and minor production updates.
  • Ability to manage incidents, track resolutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Exposure to structured support environments and ITIL-based processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update training materials, eLearning modules, and documentation for regulatory systems.
  • Support user acceptance testing: prepare, execute, and report on test cases.
  • Coordinate hyper-care sessions for new implementations and post-launch stabilization.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency across initiatives and deliverables.
  • Deliver clear communication, process documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Mentor and coach team members in instructional design and training best practices.
  • Track incidents, manage resolutions, and maintain reporting dashboards.
