Your outreach will focus on two key areas:
- Introducing hedge fund managers to Falconedge's institutional platform and service offering.
- Supporting the firm's capital formation efforts by identifying and engaging prospective investors and arranging introductory meetings for senior members of the team.
This is a client-facing role that provides exceptional exposure to institutional business development, capital formation, hedge funds, digital assets, and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound business development through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research and identify prospective hedge fund managers, family offices, institutional investors, and wealth managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Introduce Falconedge's institutional platform and service offering to prospective clients.

- Support fundraising initiatives, market research, conferences, and strategic growth projects.
About You
- Strong interest in financial markets, hedge funds, digital assets, or capital raising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident speaking with senior professionals over the phone.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
