Falcon Green are seeking a strong Site Manager (Internals) to join a flagship development in South West London, responsible for the internal fit-out of a block up to 60 units from first fix through handover.
You will ensure H&S compliance, plan works and coordinate trades, reporting into a Senior Site Manager. You must have a Black or White CSCS and SMSTS, minimum 3 years’ residential fit-out site management experience, and RC frame block exposure. Freelance contract.
