This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Commercial Manager on a new £120m Hotel project starting in Q3 2022, requiring solid procurement experience. This is a rare chance to join a business in a senior leadership role and take the commercial lead on one of London\’s last few high-profile hotel projects valued at over £120m. The ideal candidate will have a work-hard-play-hard mentality, be dynamic, and adaptable to organizational changes. There is potential for progression to Managing Quantity Surveyor. Key responsibilities: Ensure appropriate commercial controls are in place and followed, in collaboration with the Commercial Director Develop long-term, influential relationships with preferred suppliers to provide flexibility Maximize project cash flow and value through effective subcontractor management Contribute to procurement strategies, including issuing tender enquiries, package reconciliations, and subcontractor orders Procure and manage trades packages Prepare progress and cost reports with subcontractors #J-18808-Ljbffr
