Senior Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid | South West London

We're supporting a leading developer in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a 500 unit new build, RC Frame scheme in South West London. This is a pivotal role offering the chance to lead from the front on a live scheme with delivery expected to complete in December 2026.

You’ll be joining a well-structured commercial team, working alongside a capable No.2 QS. The procurement is already complete, and your focus will be on leading the commercial delivery through the final stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee package management and support the wider site and technical teams
• Prepare and present updated cost reports and monthly valuations to senior management and directors
• Manage payment cycles , task flows, and financial controls
• Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their professional development
• Work closely with the commercial lead and report directly into them, who is on-site 1–2 days a week

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in a Senior QS role on similar projects
• Experience using COINS and ASite is highly desirable
• Confident in managing teams, reporting processes, and liaising with senior management and directors
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen

This is a hybrid opportunity , offering the flexibility of 2 days working from home and 3 days on site each week.
