The scheme will deliver a high-quality Cat A office refurbishment, and we are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this flagship project. Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a Cat A commercial office fit-out, overseeing programme, cost, quality, and site execution.

- A key aspect of this role is strong commercial control from a client-side perspective - ensuring cost certainty is maintained from early design through to final account.
