We are currently searching for a Building Services Manager to join one of the world’s most successful main contractors. Covering a large array of sectors, this company specialise in major project generally upwards of £100m in value. This particular scheme is valued at £150m and is the construction of a 500,000 sq. ft. office hub. This landmark commercial building will bring state of the art facilities to the area and is due for completion in Q4 2022.
As Senior Engineer/Project Manager you will be responsible for the external works for the project. These packages include hard & soft Landscaping and utilities installation. You will be responsible for all aspects of health & safety, monitoring and driving progress and liaising with consultants to resolve design issues.
