Falcon Green is bridging the gap between top MEP, Data Centre & Life Science talent and Europe's leading Construction Clients, Contractors, and Consultancies. We are working alongside one of Europe’s largest MEP contractors, focused on delivering complex engineering projects, to recruit a Logistics Manager who is proactive and eager to progress on a large-scale data centre project.

Candidate Profile

Ideally, candidates will have experience with high-profile projects valued over £100m+. The project is complex, with logistical challenges, so the successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Company & Role Overview

You will work for a market-leading contractor with a diverse business model that emphasizes modern health and safety and employee engagement practices. With a full order book for several years, there is excellent scope for a credible Construction Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of this Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee direct and subcontract labour, resources, and materials.
  • Ensure a proactive approach to Health & Safety, following company procedures and legal legislation.
  • Utilize Data scope management systems effectively.
  • Be comfortable with sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage collections and deliveries to site.
  • Lead the logistics team, including on-site drivers and delivery personnel.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure professional service for smooth project execution.
  • Manage access and egress records via biometric turnstile systems, monitor site labour levels, material deliveries, and site tidiness, ensuring Health and Safety compliance.
  • Previous experience managing significant logistics packages is essential.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Possess good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Be flexible to travel as required.
