A major developer is actively seeking a strong site manager, to join them on a flagship development in South West London to manage the internals of a block.
This developer currently has a multi million pound scheme underway in South West London, creating new homes. Once completed it will contain over 300 new homes, community park & commercial properties. The development is made up of a number of RC frame blocks, containing 1-3 bedroom flats.
As site manager, you will be based in a block of up to 60 units. You will oversee your block from first fix through to handover.
Your Site Manager Internals duties will include;
- Managing a whole block from first fix to completion
- Ensuring H&S is followed out correctly
- Planning works
- Resolving any technical issues
- Reporting into a Senior Site Manager
- Ensuring the fit out is finished to a high standard
To be considered you must;
- Have a Black or White CSCS & SMSTS
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing residential fit out, as a site manager
- Previous experience involved in managing RC Frame blocks on residential schemes from first fix to handover
- Main contractor/ developer experienceLongevity with previous employers
