We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join a leading consultancy, acting on behalf of a globally renowned data centre developer delivering hyperscale infrastructure projects across Europe and beyond. Initially based out of head office in Liverpool Street before moving to site late 2026. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with strong main contracting experience and a proven track record working within data centre delivery.

You will be working within a high‑performing project team, supporting the client in the strategic procurement of major OFCI packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement strategy development for major data centre packages (MEP, CSA, fit‑out, and specialist systems)
  • Manage tendering processes from prequalification through to contract award
  • Engage and negotiate with main contractors and key supply chain partners
  • Provide market insight on contractor capacity, pricing, and risk exposure
  • Support contract drafting, commercial reviews, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure procurement aligns with programme milestones and client objectives
  • Collaborate closely with design, cost management, and project delivery teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with main contractors in a commercial or procurement capacity
  • Strong background in data centre or mission‑critical infrastructure projects
  • In‑depth understanding of construction procurement strategies and contract forms
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen
  • Ability to operate in fast‑paced, large‑scale international project environments
