One of London’s most dynamic and innovative specialist fit out contractors is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing estimating and pre-construction team based in London Bridge. The company delivers high-end commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Central London and has built an excellent reputation for quality, innovation, and delivery. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to the business. Detail:

  • Working closely with the Estimating Director and senior commercial team
  • Assisting with the preparation of cost plans and tender submissions
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Pricing packages and analysing subcontractor quotations
  • Managing supplier and subcontractor enquiries
  • Supporting value engineering exercises
  • Assisting with budgets, procurement, and commercial reporting
  • Occasional visits to live projects and manufacturing facilities owned by the wider group

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within construction, interiors, or fit out
  • Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role preferred
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress within a growing business
