Reputable main contractor seeking an experienced Design Manager to work across a new build care home in Surrey. As the Design Manager you will be at the forefront of the design process for the project and your architectural expertise will be crucial in ensuring the project\’s success.

Having successfully delivered a broad portfolio of projects across the UK and Ireland, they have a strong pipeline of work upcoming across a range of sectors including residential, hospitality, commercial, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the design process from inception to completion.
• Integrating engineering principles with practical construction needs.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless design integration.
• Ensuring all design aspects align with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Overseeing design-related documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
