A multinational M&E Contractor that specialises in delivering complex industrial projects in Europe are looking to source a diligent, detail driven CSA Project Manager. Ideally, candidates will have worked on large industrial projects of values £20m+ as this is a large industrial project with extensive M&E packages.

The project itself is a large-scale Data Centre project located in mainland Europe. Please consider that you would be employed under the European nations’ employment law. On offer is a competitive salary + Accommodation + flights + travel + bonus. The Data Centre infrastructure is booming in the current climate, thus guaranteeing work for the coming years.

CSA Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on site
  • Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.
  • Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required.
  • Close out of all project items including O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File – all with the support of the CSA Package Manager
  • CSA Project Manager Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience on similar large-scale projects
  • Proven record of supervising and involvement of large installation projects
  • Experienced in design and build
  • Ability to work well within strict deadlines
  • Ability to drive a large-scale project
