We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of 3–5 high-rise residential developments across Birmingham, with project values ranging from £50m+. This is a highly client-facing role requiring a commercially astute construction professional with proven experience managing multiple large-scale schemes simultaneously. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving programme performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee 3–5 live high-rise residential projects across Birmingham
- Lead project teams to ensure delivery on programme, budget, quality, and safety targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Support Project Managers and Site Teams in resolving operational and commercial issues
- Monitor project performance, reporting progress and risks to senior leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations and company standards
- Drive programme, procurement, and resource planning across multiple schemes
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners to support repeat business opportunities
- Attend regular client meetings and lead progress reviews
- Promote a positive health and safety culture on site
