The company delivers high-end commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Central London and has built an excellent reputation for quality, innovation, and delivery. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to the business. Detail:
- Working closely with the Estimating Director and senior commercial team
- Assisting with the preparation of cost plans and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Pricing packages and analysing subcontractor quotations
- Managing supplier and subcontractor enquiries
- Supporting value engineering exercises
- Assisting with budgets, procurement, and commercial reporting
- Occasional visits to live projects and manufacturing facilities owned by the wider group
Requirements:
- Previous experience within construction, interiors, or fit out
- Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role preferred
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress within a growing business
