A top-tier developer is actively seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to manage a £80 million new build residential project in the heart of West London. As the lead Quantity Surveyor, you will have full autonomy over all commercial aspects of the project, reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Manager and Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead all procurement activities for the project.
  • Effectively manage a Project QS.
  • Ensure project costs align with the plan and budget.
  • Generate comprehensive cost reports and plans for senior management.
  • Make strategic commercial decisions to ensure project profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage costs effectively.
  • Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to monitor costs.

About You:
