Job Purpose The Social Value Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, delivering and monitoring social value activities across construction projects. The role ensures that contractual and organisational social value commitments are translated into meaningful, measurable outcomes for local communities, businesses and individuals. The Social Value Manager will work closely with project teams, clients, supply chain partners, local authorities and community organisations to identify opportunities and ensure social value is embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
