Site Administrator/Secretary * Construction Company – Main Contractor * Up to £20 per hour CIS/Umbrella PAYE * Site Based Role * 24 Month Project Duration We are working with an industry leading Main Contractor in their search for a Site Administrator/Secretary for their project in Central London. The project has a value of £130m and is in the early stages so this an opportunity to part of the build from the very start. Responsibilities: * Provide full administrative support to the site management team. * Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. * Maintain and update site records, registers, and filing systems. * Prepare, format, and distribute reports, minutes, and project documents. * Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points. * Track and record staff attendance, timesheets, and holiday requests. * Process site orders, deliveries, and invoices in line with company procedures. * Assist with onboarding and induction paperwork for new site personnel. * Maintain office supplies, equipment, and a tidy site office environment. * Liaise with head office, subcontractors, and clients to support smooth communication. Requirements: * Previous experience in an administration/secretarial role within construction * Experience with document control software would be beneficial but not essential. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to work independently and as part of a large team.
