Overview We are looking to recruit Document Controllers to join our site teams in Harrow and St John s Wood.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong IT and administrative skills who is looking to build a career within the construction industry.

Previous Document Control experience is not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Working closely with the site and project teams, you will play a key role in managing project documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is distributed efficiently across the project.

Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain project documentation and records. * Upload, track and distribute drawings, reports and technical documents. * Ensure all documentation is correctly filed and kept up to date. * Support the site management team with general project administration. * Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team. * Monitor document revisions and ensure the latest versions are issued. * Assist with meeting minutes, reports and project correspondence. * Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of project information.
