Essential Requirements * Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent recognised surveying degree. * Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor, ideally within a Tier One environment. * Demonstrable experience managing subcontract packages independently. * Strong site-based experience, with a practical understanding of construction operations and programme delivery. * Experience managing packages from procurement through to final account. * Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and contractual knowledge. * The ability to work collaboratively with operational teams while maintaining robust commercial control. * Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. The Ideal Candidate You will be a proactive and commercially driven Quantity Surveyor who enjoys being involved in the detail of project delivery. You will be confident managing subcontractors, resolving commercial issues and working directly with site teams to ensure packages are delivered within budget and in line with contractual requirements.
