We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer for an experienced Site/Project Manager to take charge of finishing out a c.30-unit new build housing scheme in Reading, part of a wider ongoing development. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering genuine long-term security, with a strong potential move onto a 250-unit site near Oxford once the Reading scheme completes.
The Role
- Take ownership of a c.30-unit residential site through to final completion and handover
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and programme to ensure quality and deadlines are hit
- Liaise with clients, NHBC/warranty providers, and the wider site team
Looking For
- Proven experience as a No. 1 Site Manager or Project Manager on residential new build schemes
- Comfortable managing a site through to finish/handover stage
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential)
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
- Full driving licence
