Project Manager * Award-winning National Main Contractor * Multi-Sector Projects * Permanent: Up to £75,000 + Package * Location: West Midlands We are currently searching for Project Manager for an Award-Winning Main Contractor who have just secured a range of projects in the West Midlands. Locations include Stoke, Leicester and Nottingham with projects ranging from Care Homes, to Educational, to high-rise residential. With this range of projects we are looking to speak to people with multi-sector experience, who have a strong track record of permanent employment. Roles and Responsibilities: * Lead the project from start to finish, making sure it’s delivered on time, on budget and to spec. * Plan the programme, keep things on track, and deal with delays before they become problems. * Keep an eye on costs, variations, and cashflow with the QS team. * Drive health & safety on site and make sure everyone works to the right standards. * Maintain quality across all trades and make sure the client gets what they expect. * Act as the main contact for the client, consultants, and subcontractors. * Manage subcontractors and suppliers so works are coordinated and efficient. * Lead and support the site team, while reporting progress and risks to senior management. Experience required: * 5+ years’ experience managing projects as a number 1/2 on site. * Experience working across the educational, residential (non-housebuilding), healthcare or new build commercial projects. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential.
