I'm working with a leading developer to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a major residential development in Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong construction professional to take ownership of a flagship scheme and drive it through to successful completion.

This role would suit someone who is technically strong, commercially aware and confident leading teams on complex construction projects.

You'll be responsible for maintaining programme, managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project through to completion, ensuring programme and quality targets are achieved.
  • Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
  • Drive construction activities while maintaining excellent health & safety standards.
  • Oversee technical issues and work closely with design teams to resolve challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with the client and wider project stakeholders.
  • Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance throughout the build.
  • Project Manager Experience
  • Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to solve complex construction issues.
  • Background delivering housing developments, RC frame residential schemes or commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Track record of taking projects from construction through to successful handover.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
