Falcon Green are partnered with a leading European Tier 1 Main Contractor specialising in the delivery of complex, large-scale mission critical and life sciences projects across the UK and Europe.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced CSA QA/QC Manager to support the delivery of a major project in Northumberland.
As CSA QA/QC Manager, you will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the full project lifecycle, from design and construction through to commissioning and handover.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience overseeing Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) quality processes on large-scale construction projects, ideally within the data centre, mission critical, industrial, or pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain company QA/QC standards, procedures, and processes across project sites.
- Develop and manage quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality manuals, and associated documentation related to CSA works.
- Monitor and inspect CSA installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are understood, approved, and delivered in line with project programmes.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
- Manage inspections, snagging activities, and handover processes for all CSA packages.
- Provide guidance and support to project management teams on all CSA QA/QC matters.
- Ensure all project documentation, certification, inspection records, and quality dossiers are completed and reviewed prior to handover.
- Chair and coordinate quality meetings with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage document control processes, ensuring documentation is reviewed, updated, and distributed accordingly.
- Track and report quality performance metrics, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a CSA QA/QC Manager role within the data centre, mission critical, life sciences, industrial, or large-scale construction sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural packages.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, inspections, testing procedures, and handover processes.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment and meet demanding deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Strong report writing and documentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
