We are seeking an experienced MEPH Site Manager to join a leading contractor. This is a unique opportunity to play a mjaor role in handing over a new build college. Key Responsibilities: As the MEPH Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all MEPH (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC) services on the project. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing the delivery of MEPH services for the project. * Ensuring the successful execution of MEPH projects within budget and timeline constraints. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. * Maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations. * Managing a substantial combined MEPH package. * Leading and mentoring a team of professionals.
