Falcon Green is working in partnership with one of Europe’s most respected contractors, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a flagship, mission-critical project in Munich, Germany.
This role is ideal for a motivated Mechanical Supervisor who enjoys working on technically challenging projects and wants to add a high-profile international Data Centre build to their CV. You’ll be part of a well-structured and supportive site team, working for a contractor known for strong delivery standards, career progression, and long-term opportunities across Europe.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, professional environment where your experience is valued and your contribution directly impacts project success. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working closely with the Mechanical Package Manager to manage QA processes, from setup through to final close-out.
- Coordinating the mechanical programme alongside other trades, package leads, consultants, and client teams.
- Supporting cost control across the mechanical package, including subcontractors, materials, plant, variations, and valuations.
- Managing day-to-day mechanical site activities to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.
- Attending key site, engineering, planning, coordination, and handover meetings.
- Assisting with project close-out, including O&M manuals, snagging, safety documentation, and QA records.
What They’re Looking For:
- A relevant mechanical or engineering qualification, or strong industry experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience working on complex or mission-critical projects.
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard site systems.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Flexibility to travel and work internationally.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to perform well in high-pressure environments.
