Falcon Green is delighted to be partnering with one of Europe\’s most prestigious contractors, recognised for delivering complex and technically demanding projects across the Data Centre, Education, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors.
They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and conscientious Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on a flagship project in Helsinki, Finland. This role is ideally suited to a motivated professional who thrives on complex, rewarding work and is looking to strengthen their CV with a high-profile, mission-critical project.
Successful candidates will have extensive mission-critical experience and be comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Employment will be under local labour regulations and offers a competitive package including salary, living allowance, accommodation, flights, and an experience-based bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee site QA activities in collaboration with the Mechanical Package Manager, including the setup, administration, and close‐out of QA documentation.
Manage and coordinate the project schedule alongside other trades, package leads, consulting engineers, and client stakeholders.
Support the management of all package-related costs, including subcontractors, material deliveries and receipting, plant and equipment, variations, and valuations.
Manage day‐to‐day on‐site mechanical operations and activities.
Attend site, project, engineering, planning, coordination, and handover meetings as required.
Complete project close‐out deliverables, including O&M manuals, punch lists, safety documentation, and QA files, with support from the Mechanical Package Manager.
Mechanical Supervisor Requirements
Relevant engineering qualification or significant industry experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel as required by the project.
Proven experience coordinating and managing complex mechanical packages or projects.
