Falcon Green is partnering with one of Europe's top M&E contractors, known for delivering large-scale projects across Data Centres, Education, Healthcare, and Life Sciences. They're looking for an ambitious Mechanical Engineer to join the team in Europe. If you're looking to take your career to the next level, this is a great chance to work on a high-profile, technically challenging project while gaining international experience. You'll be joining a supportive, close-knit site team and there are clear opportunities to move into senior engineering or project management roles over time. Employment will follow the host country's local labour laws.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running day-to-day mechanical site activities and keeping things on track.
  • Coordinating the mechanical programme with other trades, package leads, engineers, and client teams.
  • Keeping an eye on costs across the mechanical package.
  • Attending key meetings – site, engineering, planning, coordination, and handover.
  • Maintaining up-to-date project records and weekly logs.
  • Working closely with subcontractors to make sure safety, quality, and programme targets are met.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 5 years' experience in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A recognised mechanical or building services engineering degree.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for the project.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work across European countries.
