Falcon Green is partnering with a leading international principal contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead, the successful candidate will oversee all commercial aspects of major projects while managing both a PQS and an AQS within the team. The data centre sector continues to be one of the fastest-growing areas within construction, making this an excellent time to join the industry. With significant investment and focus being placed on this client's data centre division, the role presents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to accelerate their progression towards Commercial Management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all commercial and surveying activities across projects
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reports
  • Overseeing budgets and commercial functions on major schemes
  • Cost management and control
  • Preparing tenders and procuring subcontractors and materials
  • Working closely with production and technical teams
  • Attending project and commercial meetings

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience at PQS level or above
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with clients, PQS teams, design teams, and supply chain partners
  • Previous residential or major project experience preferred
  • Proven stability and longevity within previous roles
