A leading international main contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a major data centre project in Zurich. This is a pivotal role on a large-scale, mission‑critical development, offering full responsibility for the delivery of CSA works within a fast‑moving, highly technical project environment. As CSA Package Manager, you will take ownership of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) activities from early design coordination through to construction, commissioning, and final handover. You will collaborate closely with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality project delivery in line with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all CSA packages from pre‑construction through to handover.
- Oversee on‑site delivery of civil, structural, and architectural works, ensuring full compliance with drawings, specifications, and programme milestones.
- Lead coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives.
- Track project progress against programme, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation measures where necessary.
- Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project quality standards, European regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Carry out regular site inspections, manage snagging activities, and report progress to senior management.
- Support commissioning activities, close‑out procedures, and final CSA documentation handover.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience delivering CSA packages on large‑scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of European construction standards, QA/QC processes, and HSEQ requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple interfaces and deliver complex packages within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
