Falcon Green have partnered with a reputable, specialist CSA contractor that specialises in the delivery of modern-day civil engineering infrastructure across Ireland, the UK and Europe, in their search for a Construction Manager to join the team in Vienna. In terms of experience, someone coming from a data centre background is advantageous however not a necessity. Project delivery ability, proven track record, commercial awareness and people management ability is key. You will be working for a market leading contractor that operates a diverse business model and demands modern health and safety and employee engagement practises. With the order book full for several years in the UK and Central Europe, there is excellent scope to step into a Project Manager role very soon. Construction Manager Key Responsibilities: * Manage all Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on site * Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads. * Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required. * Close out of all project items including O & M Manuals, Health & Safety File, QA File – all with the support of the Supervisors and Engineers * Manage Temporary Works Construction Manager Key Requirements: * Previous experience on similar large-scale projects * Experie...
