Facade Manager in Leeds, Yorkshire

We are working in partnership with a well-established main contractor who are delivering a landmark Build-to-Rent development in Leeds city centre who are looking for a Facade Manager. This multi-block RC frame scheme will provide approximately 300 high-quality residential units and will be a key project in the continued regeneration of the area. The contractor has developed an excellent reputation within the industry, securing repeat business with major clients and establishing themselves as one of the most respected contractors in the North. Role Overview As Facade Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing the faade works package, working closely with the specialist faade subcontractor and wider project delivery team. The faade package includes SFS, EWI and brick-slip systems. You will ensure works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate faade subcontractors on site Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure compliance Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager Conduct quality inspections and ensure installation meets specification Liaise with design, commercial and planning teams as required Requirements for Facade Manager: Proven experience managing faade packages on large-scale residential or commercial developments Strong knowledge of SFS, EWI and brick-slip systems CSCS and SMSTS certification are essential Ability to manage subcontractors effectively and maintain strong site standards If you have relevant experience and are interested in joining a well-respected contractor on a high-profile Leeds project, please apply with your CV for further details.
