Falcon Green Personnel is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of an internal fit-out on a large residential project.
You will report to the Site Manager and Project Manager and manage 10–12 internal contractors at peak, ensuring QA from internal drylining through to PC.
You will coordinate multiple trades, liaise with logistics and subcontractor teams, and lead meetings with clear minutes and immediate issue resolution.
