Falcon Green are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a reputable main contractor delivering a major school extension project in Malvern.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking to secure a long-term position, with the role initially offered on a freelance basis before transitioning into a permanent position for the right individual.

Working alongside an experienced site team, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the construction site.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against programme.
  • Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations.
  • Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging works.
  • Support with site inductions, toolbox talks and site paperwork.
  • Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors and client representatives.
  • Help drive programme and quality throughout the build.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a main contractor.
  • Experience delivering education, commercial or public sector projects is advantageous.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS (SMSTS preferred).
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • First Aid at Work certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
