Weβre recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor for an experienced Internal Finishing Manager to join the team on a high-profile college project in Stanmore. This is a key role, overseeing the delivery of high-quality internal finishes and ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard. The Role: * Manage and oversee finishing trades, ensuring they take ownership of snagging their own work. * Carry out detailed snagging of internal finishes and manage the close-out process. * Act as a client-facing representative, working closely with the DfE Clerk of Works. * Ensure a high-quality finish throughout all internal works. * Support the coordination and installation of FFE. * Use Fieldview on a tablet to track and manage works effectively. About You: * Proven experience as an Internal Finishing Manager (or similar role) on school or education projects. * Strong knowledge of internal finishing trades and snagging procedures. * Confident in a client-facing role, with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders. * Proficient in using Fieldview. * Experience with FFE installation and coordination is highly desirable.
