They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-performing team on a landmark project. This is a standout opportunity for a detail-oriented professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment with a globally recognised contractor. The ideal candidate will bring proven mission-critical experience and the ability to perform under pressure in a demanding setting. Please note: Employment will be in accordance with local labour laws. A competitive package is on offer, including base salary, living allowance, accommodation, regular flights, and a performance-based bonus. Key Responsibilities of Electrical Supervisor: – Oversee all on-site electrical operations, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with project timelines. – Coordinate and manage the activities of electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams. – Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations at all times. – Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. – Demonstrate a strong understanding of working safely in live environments, ensuring uninterrupted operation of client systems during construction. – Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures, while fostering productive relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Electrical Supervisor Requirements: – Experienced tradesperson with 5 to 10 years overseeing large installation teams and subcontractors. – Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and best practices. – Proficient in working with both electrical and mechanical systems. – Competent in using relevant software and digital systems to support project delivery.
