Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-performing team in Helsinki, Finland on a prestigious, high-profile project. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and is looking to advance their career with a globally respected organisation.
Successful candidates will possess extensive mission‑critical experience and be confident operating within demanding live environments. Employment will be offered under local labour regulations, with a highly competitive package including salary, living allowance, accommodation, flights, and a performance-based bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
- Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Safely manage works within live environments, ensuring client systems remain operational during construction activities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and foster effective working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements
- A qualified electrical tradesperson with 5-10 years\’ experience supervising large installation teams and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience working with both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Competent with relevant software and digital systems.
