Now they are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a dynamic team on a high-profile project. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-orientated professional looking to take on a challenging, fast-paced role within a globally respected firm. Successful candidates must hold extensive mission critical experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Please note that you will be employed under local labour regulations, with a competitive package including salary, living allowance, accommodation, flights, and experience-based bonus.
Key Responsibilities of Electrical Supervisor:
- Supervise all electrical activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and on schedule.
- Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and direct-workers.
- Make sure all Health and Safety rules are followed.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep everything running smoothly.
- Understand how to work safely in active sites, making sure client systems stay up and running during construction.
- Good knowledge of important company policies and maintains effective working relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
