An established international engineering and construction contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Walkdown Engineer for a major pharmaceutical project in Denmark. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing project team delivering complex, technically demanding work in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the project leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring all electrical installations and systems meet the highest quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Prepare electrical handover documentation, inspection records, test packs, and O&M manuals
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and review proposed turnover/test documentation
  • Review completed electrical testing documentation and compile final QA/QC records
  • Issue Inspection Test Records (ITRs) to support commissioning and system turnover
  • Carry out quality inspections and manage defect close-out activities
  • Support commissioning teams with inspection and testing data
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and project quality standards
  • Participate in inspections and meetings with regulatory authorities
  • Prepare and issue final handover packages to the client
  • Liaise directly with client representatives on quality and installation matters
  • Attend quality meetings and contribute to progress reporting
  • Conduct internal quality audits as required

Requirements

  • Electrical trade qualification or Electrical Engineering degree
  • Previous QA/QC experience on large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical projects
  • Experience with quality auditing and inspection processes
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
