An established and rapidly growing engineering and construction contractor is looking for an experienced Design Manager to support the delivery of major energy infrastructure projects across the UK.
Working within a specialist Energy division, you ll lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design activities from tender through to commissioning and project handover.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering technically complex projects including substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), carbon capture facilities and other critical energy infrastructure.
This is a hybrid position, with a minimum of three days per week based in either the London or Glasgow office or on project sites.
As Design Manager, you ll be responsible for ensuring all design packages are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, budget and client requirements.
Acting as the key interface between clients, consultants, subcontractors and project delivery teams, you ll drive collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
