Opportunity for a Design Manager to join a fast-growing contractor, specialising in high-end and high-value refurbishment and fit-out projects. They are a trusted and award-winning company known for excellence in construction, turning spaces into works of art. On this project you will be the Design lead across a £35M Cat A/B conversion of a historic building in Liverpool into an office development with a restaurant and social space within. You’ll be at the forefront of the design process from pre-construction through to handover, working alongside the Project and Commercial team to ensure the project\’s success. Key Responsibilities: * Leading and managing the design process from inception to completion * Integrating architectural vision with practical construction needs * Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless design integration * Ensuring all design aspects align with project specifications, budgets, and timelines * Overseeing design-related documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance * Collaborating with the project management team to deliver a high-quality, innovative, and functional interiors projects Qualifications & Experience: * Proven experience as a Design Manager across Internal fit out or refurbishment projects * Architectural or Engineering background or relative Design qualification * Deep understanding of construction design processes * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders * Proficiency in design software and project management tools If you are well suited to this role, please apply through the link and we will contact you for a confidential discussion
