We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a mid-rise apartment project. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the internal works package, with a strong focus on the fit-out of communal areas, apartments, cycle stores, and associated spaces. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate internal works to ensure quality, programme, and safety standards are met. * Manage subcontractors and trades across the fit-out stage of the project. * Ensure compliance with all site health and safety requirements. * Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging processes. * Report progress to the Site Manager and project team. Requirements: * Valid CSCS card * SMSTS * First Aid at Work * Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a main contractor or developer on residential schemes. * Strong track record managing internal fit-out packages. Contract Details: * Duration: 6 months * Competitive day rate (depending on experience) * Immediate start available
