Key Responsibilities:
- Support the QS team with cost control, reporting, and financial management
- Assist with subcontract procurement and placement of orders
- Support monthly applications, valuations, and payment notices
- Assist with forecasting, variations, and final accounts
- Build relationships with client teams and supply chain partners
- Adhere to company systems, procedures, and governance
Ideal Candidate:
- HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
- Relevant industry experience with a contractor advantageous
- Good commercial acumen and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines
