About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Trading Coach to support and mentor students inside our mentorship program. This role is focused on teaching, coaching, and guiding students to become consistent traders,not just giving signals.
You’ll work closely with our Head Mentor to deliver training sessions, review student trades, and provide accountability to help them stick to their trading plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly group coaching calls (Zoom/Discord) to review setups, answer student questions, and provide feedback.
- Support students with trade reviews & chart markups
- Reinforce mentorship content — mindset, psychology, and discipline.
- Provide accountability & motivation to keep students consistent.
- Create short training resources (PDFs, videos, exercises) where needed.
- Track student progress and report back to the Head Mentor.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of:
- Risk management
- Psychology in trading
- Market structure (HH, HL, LH, LL)
- Supply & demand zones
- Liquidity concepts & confluence
- Experience mentoring/coaching other traders (preferred).
- Clear communication skills — able to break down complex ideas simply.
- Positive, supportive, and motivational teaching style.
