Apprentice Welder

We are looking to recruit a dedicated and hardworking Apprentice Welder to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in welding while learning from experienced professionals in a busy manufacturing environment.

As an apprentice, you will receive comprehensive training, develop technical skills, and gain valuable industry experience.

During the 4 year apprenticeship you will:

1. Weld on projects under the guidance of experienced welders.
2. Learn and practice welding techniques including MIG and TIG on a variety of different materials.
3. Be involved in our robotic welding project.
4. Ensure safety standards are followed in accordance with company health & safety procedures at all times.
5. Attend Forth Valley College to gain essential knowledge and technical skills needed for the workplace.

The Successful Candidate must have:

1. A minimum of National 5, including English, Math, and a Science or Technical Subject at A, B, or C or equivalent.
2. A genuine interest in Welding along with a willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate.
3. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
