As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.
At Falcon Farms, we value quality, commitment, and, above all, our team. We will provide you with all the tools you need, including a planned route, to ensure success on every visit.
What We Offer- Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and Saturday 1 HR flexible morning
- Paid training to become an expert in flower handling

- Be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with clients
- Work independently while collaborating with local teams to create attractive displays and optimize inventory
- Daily commitment to ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive
- Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory
- Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities
- Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers
- During festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), ensure stores are prepared for festive demand
- Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments as needed
- Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders
- Walk and stand for most of the shift
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
- Internet access and a smartphone
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
