Scope and Purpose of Role:
Falcon is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join its team to generate sales leads and hunt for new B2B sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will share the team’s vision of becoming the greatest flooring contractor in the world and will have the opportunity to advance to a management level position, as well as to contribute to the company’s success and growth. Falcon is a friendly, non-corporate, and driven team that values new ideas, perspectives, and personalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take control and generate leads in specific industries and target areas.
- Work in conjunction with the commercial team to ensure a smooth transition of handing over leads.
- Maintain a high standard of approach when talking to and meeting prospective new clients.
- Ensure the achievement of all KPIs, which will be set out at the start of the role.
- Participate in activities that promote the Brand/Company and the product & services it offers.
- Maintain awareness of competition and market trends.
- Control expenses to agreed levels with the Commercial Director during field-based activities.
- Continuously improve product and service knowledge to maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensure the image of the Brand/Company is always upheld.
- Ensure all information meetings and lead data is communicated to the National Sales & Key Accounts Manager.
- Be fully conversant with Brand/Company policy on:
- Brand standards
- Health and safety policy
- Personnel and training procedures
General:
- Always comply with company codes of conduct.
- Familiarise yourself with company policies/procedures + the employee handbook.
- Lead by example in demonstrating behaviours expected of all employees.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures, and backgrounds.
- Produce reports as required internally and externally.
- Hold and attend meetings as appropriate; actively contribute to all forums.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures.
What to Expect:

- Salary: £26,000-£40,000 (Dependent on experience).
